0–2 years of experience
Support the design team across all project phases — from concept models and drawings to presentation material. Develop detailed drawings in collaboration with senior colleagues, participate in site visits, and grow within a studio that treats mentorship as part of the work. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or ArchiCAD and a strong portfolio of academic or built work are expected.

Take ownership of project packages from design development through permitting and construction documentation. Coordinate with engineers and consultants, prepare planning submissions for the Greek permitting process, and represent the studio in client and site meetings. Experience with residential or hospitality projects and fluency in Greek building regulations are strong assets.

Lead projects end to end — design direction, team coordination, client relationships and construction supervision. Guide younger architects, safeguard the studio's design language through every phase, and carry built work to completion at the level of detail our projects are known for. A track record of completed buildings and confident site experience are essential.
Join Now ↗Work alongside the architectural team from the earliest design stages so that structure and architecture are conceived together. Develop structural studies and static analyses for residential and hospitality projects — often on demanding island terrain — and follow construction through to completion. Licensed engineers with experience in reinforced concrete and stone construction are preferred.
Join Now ↗Design the MEP systems of our projects with the same care the architecture receives — discreet, efficient and suited to the Aegean climate. Prepare mechanical studies and permit documentation, coordinate with the design team on integration, and supervise installations on site. Experience with energy-efficiency studies (ΚΕΝΑΚ) is expected.
